Beach Cabin to suit relaxed student / Intern Pref. Female

Primarily suitable for a easy going but respectful student / Intern - We are a family including 3 adult daughters, two of whom still live (mostly) at home - one, still a student herself in Dublin, the other a seasonal worker so at home between jobs. We are into walking and enjoying the outdoors. We enjoy our local beach and park, and meeting up with friends. We have two young cats and a timid 7yr old dog, so we need someone who is OK with those. We'd like to offer a 'home from home' for students or interns. We are fairly relaxed about our guest using the main house, particularly Mon - Fri. - We can offer an option for meals on weeknights for an additional charge.ie: self service breakfast and or main evening meal (Mon - Thurs)OR full use of the family kitchen, (accept between 5.30pm and 6.30pm) We often have friends over at the weekend and ask that kitchen and or garden space is respected when we do. We would be open to discussing our guest occasionally inviting friends over also.
There is a bus stop within 50 meters of the house and the Bus-stop serves the 33b (to Swords) and the 33D - direct Dublin express bus (7.20am that gets into the city for just after 8am.) The train line runs through Donabate - which is a 15min cycle or 35min walk from the property - the 33b bus services Donabate and the train line.

We offer a garden cabin used until recently by our eldest daughter (when she was home from uni'): within 3 mins walk of our local beach. The cabin is double glazed with electric heating, electric smoke alarm, has ample wardrobe and drawer storage and a small desk. A comfortable single 'day' bed that can be 'dressed' as a sofa, with a comfortable sprung mattress. A kettle, microwave and small fridge are provided in the cabin and our student or intern guest will have access to the family kitchen and utility room for meal prep etc (slightly limited around our family meal time 5.30ish - 6.30) and laundry facilities. Please note there is currently NO bathroom attached to the cabin - This is reflected in the price - but the guest has full access to the main house which includes use of a shower-room/ toilet, shared only with our daughter/s. The Cabin is set in a lovely, secure garden with several patio area's and chimenea for family and guests to enjoy under the festival lights. We hope to have planning to add an en-suite sometime in 2023
