New decorated room ,comfy double bed  to rent.tv included netflix . family home with just myself and my daughter must be okay with two friendly dogs. Superfast WiFi ,access to laptop .dcu is 10-15 mins depending on traffic 20 min walk .bus routes to city centre blanch and as far as kilbarrack,10 mins from airport close access to all local amenities like shops gym library
Full board option including laundry
female candidate preferable as it’s all girls here ideally pm for more details monthly and weekly price is including full board,bill and laundry no hidden add ons

These aren't rules so much as guidelines that myself and daughter also follow

Please keep bathroom and toilet spotless and tidy ,shower cleaned after every use
Noise during the weekdays at a minimum from 11pm-6am
Bill's are included but fair usage policy applies ,over use of as will inccur a gas contribution for heating bill
Switching off all plugs and electrics not being used for fire safety
Leave every room as found
During busy mornings ‍plesse use bedroom mirror for getting ready to keep bathroom free for bathroom use of others
Weekly shop and all fundamentals are provided but any extra is at own expense
Recycle accordingly
Upon departure please leave room as it was when arriving
Bringing people to the home is okay once is ran by me but theres no allocation others sleeping over
No perishable open food left in rooms, pop it into a lunchbox in the fridge or your own shelf and it will not be touched by others
